Grand Caymen Island
Welcome to Grand Caymen Island. This was a lovely place to visit. The kids were so happy to spend the day at a turtle farm/research place. It was amazing to see how beautiful these creatures are up close.
The most exciting part was being able to hold all different sizes of turtles. Even Stefan got to hold one of the little ones.
The older boys loved these little things and I must admit that I thought that they were pretty cute. Keagan loving it.
Darien taking his turn.
Rylan working his magic, it was cute because to keep the turtles calm you had to rub them under their chin. So funny.
Jamie was able to grab one of the bigger ones. You had to clap you hands for them to come over to you.
We then got to go snorkeling with some of the turtles. It is so beautiful to watch them swim. It was an awesome experience.
My water babies. Darien is such a natural when it comes to snorkeling.
Keagan is following suite. There were a ton of fish around him too.
Afterwards we went to their pool to splash and have some fun. I love the look on Stefan's face. Really classic. LOL

Cruise Ship Day Two
This was a really relaxing day at sea. There is something so great about just hanging out while the kids play at Camp Carnival and visiting with friends.
Trying to get as much sun as we can because we all remember too well how much snow is back home.
The moms enjoying the shade that was just across from us. It was nice to find somewhere to sit so that everyone was comfortable.
This was pretty much how we spent every night on the cruise enjoying a show or some adult comedy. We had a pretty large group but we always managed to squeeze in. :)

Cruise Ship Day One
This is the crew waiting for the dads to come back to the cruise ship terminal after dropping off the rental cars. Little did we know that it would take so long because there was an accident on the freeway. As one of the moms we were all so thankful for the greatest inventions ever the "IPod Touch" really these were are saving grace. LOL The kids were amazing even with all the waiting.
Once we were finally on board we had to do the life boat drills and of course Stefan fell asleep for the whole thing, Jamie just wishes that it was so warm standing there holding him.

Our Own Private Pool
The way that this hotel was set up was perfect for us. The pool was right in the middle of all the rooms so that the kids could go down and swim all the time and they did. They would be down there first thing in the morning coming out long enough to eat and drink and that was it. It was great.
We got a new underwater camera this year and boy was it fun to use. They boys took a ton of pictures underwater. LOL
I am so thankful that my boys know how to swim and that they don't have a fear of the water. So much fun.

Fort Lauderdale Pre Cruise
This was fabulous. We were able to go to Fort Lauderdale for a few days before leaving on or cruise and it was amazing. I loved every min. of it. After a long over night flight to Miami, our first day was spent with Stefan in Urgent Care because if an infection but after we got that taken care of it was much better. It took him a few days to get over it. We were also able to spend our first afternoon with Jamie's second mom and dad. Fank and Sherri are some amazing people that Jamie has been blessed to have in his life and now I feel just as blessed. This is Frank spending time with the boys swimming in the ocean.
My snorkeling pro Rylan.
The hotel that we stayed in was right on the beach with two pools. We spent our first day at this pool right on the beach, it had an amazing few of the ocean.
We had to wait for our room to be ready but really it wasn't that hard when we were spending our time by the pool and the ocean. Awesome.
Three very pretty ladies enjoying some great weather. Sherri, Penni and my mom.
Some deep conversations with Uncle Frank and Rylan. My boys love Uncle Frank and Auntie Sherri.
We are so glad that we were able to spend just a few hours with Frank and Sherri, we wish it was more but are thankful for whatever we can get. They live in Nova Scotia so we don't get there very often. The last we were there was when Stefan was a baby, hopefully we will make it out there in a few year. This was a great start to our vacation.

Crazy Hair Day
This is always a fun day for the kids. Unfortunately, with boys there is only so much you can do. So different color stripes was what they got. I thought that it looked pretty funny.
Their hair was a little on the ragga side because it was right before they went to get their hair cut. It looked so much better after their hair cut. Rylan was really funny with his hair. The other challenge is that they have to still wear hats because of the cold weather but it survived.
