Ry Science Fair

Rylan participated in a science fair this year and he did a volcano.  He did such a great job.
He didn't get very much help from us and i thought it looked great.  He had to put some towels around the bottom so that it didn't make a huge mess at school.
He had to use three different methods of exploding the the volcano and demonstrate them to the class an determine which one worked best.
We ran out of vinegar and baking soda very quickly .  LOL

Hiking in Cochran

I am so thankful for friends that let us come and visit with our brood.  We spent the day with Tammy and her family and did some hiking in Cochran.
The big group.
The boys playing, I was  little concerned that they would fall in but we managed without any miss haps.
Even when walking on thin ice.
The path was a little slick with ice.
But the boys had fun sliding down the hill on their feet.
Some of them got a little bit too much speed.
Some ended up on their bums. LOL
Liam getting on the action too.
Stefan even did the slide.
But he got a sore bum.
A couple of selfies.  Yes Jamie is wearing a hat.  His head gets a little cold these days.
Selfies with a friend.
Hiking up the hill
We had a great time with this great family.

Grand Turks

Welcome to Grand Turks.  The beach was amazing and so was the water.
The waves were not very high which was perfect for the kids.
And plenty of sand, sun and shade for everyone.
The only problems the occasional jelly fish.  Darien got one on the arm and Rylan got one on the leg.
Lets get in the water.
We loved it here.  But it was amazing how small the island was.  There are only about 500 people on the island.
It is about 2.3 km wide and 7 km long.
Susan trying stand up boogy boarding.
She did really well but it can be a little challenging.
Our model Keagan.
I did some boarding myself.
Rylan heading out.
Such a natural.
Then he took a passenger.
The three of them spent the next few hours playing and boarding together.
Great imaginations and so fun to be outside in the sun.
All the girls.
Such a cute picture.
We even got to see two water spouts.
Dinner was fun because were able to celebrate Charlottes 91 birthday party.  This is Pam mom and she is a real fire cracker.
Happy Birthday Charlotte.
May cute family.
I love formal night.

Susan and her family for our second formal night.
Lady killer Keagan  LOL
The Edmonton couples.
