Provincials

Keagan has had a great basket ball season.  He was actually asked to play up a level in the Provincial games.  He was so excited to be a part of this team and was doing really well.

But of course he got injured. 

He was carried off the court and even managed to get back in the game.

He finished off the game.

He has some great shots.

And it was a great experience.  Sadly, we found out a couple of weeks later that he had actually cracked his knee cap and had a bone chip under it.  So we have spent the next couple of months trying to get it healed and back to normal.  He is still sore but works through it.

Repelling

This was our final big adventure before our holiday was over.  We did a 40' repel and then had to climb back up.  I am pretty sure that we all enjoyed the going down but the coming back up was a ton of work.  The pictures are a little bit out of order.  This is Rylan climbing back up.

I felt like a pro.  Not so sure I looked like one.  LOL

All waiting.  They did the little ones last because they didn't want them to have to wait in the hot sun at the bottom.

Then Darien made his way down.

He actually did look like a pro.  It was a great day.  I love having these adventures with my kids.

White Water Rafting

I think this was one of my most favorite activities that we have ever done.  We went white water rafting.  It was so much fun.  There were a couple of great water falls I love the look on every ones faces as they went down.

This is Tyler and Darien they were the only ones that didn't have a guide on board with them.  They did great.

It was amazing how far you would go down in the water.

We both thought he would fall out.

But he managed to stay in.
