Teddy Bear Parade and Picinic

Today's the day the Teddy Bear's have their picnic.  I totally remember singing this song when I was little and that is exactly what Stefan did today with his class.  They got to take their animals on a parade around the school.

This it was back to class to sing us some songs.

I love this boy so much.  My baby is getting so big.

First Smiles

The sweetness of first smiles.  This will never get old.  This little guy is so lovely and such a great baby.  

Even with all of his baby acne.  Our poor little gaffer.  He is still adorable with that smile.

Final Days in Florida

We had so much fun this day.  We have been on air boat rides before so we decided to try a new one and boy were we glad we did.  It was one of the best we have ever been on.  Our guide was a local born and raised and was so knowledgeable about the wildlife and the area it was great.

They had some great exhibits and the tortes to touch was pretty cool.

We tried to warn Keagan but he just wouldn't listen.  LOL

This cow is taking her own life at risk wading out into the water so deep just to get the good grass.  Not sure I would take that same risk.

We saw a lot of alligators and even some baby ones.

The well used kitchen.  LOL  It makes a trip so much cheaper when you can cook for your family.  What a treat.  Not really a holiday for mommy but still worth it.  ;)  We are so glad that we could go on this great trip with our friends.  Can't wait for the next one.

This was a fun filled day of exploring around the resort.  They boys had a ton of fun going on the peddle boat.  I was happy to just take pictures.

Some were a long the way they lost a couple of passengers but we managed to locate them.  And no they were not swimming.  Thank goodness, not really wanting anyone to get eaten today.  ;)

Of course if there is a basketball net then you will find Keagan shooting hoops.  He managed to convince Darien to play a couple of times but in the end made friends with another basketball boy from Quebec and they played none stop.

There was just not enough room for me.  Actually what it was, was that you couldn't ride on the bike with flip flops on so I just got to take the pictures.

Stefan was so excited to go for a ride.

We were very happy with all the free activities that the resort offered. We have no clue how to play this game but the boys had fun with the long sticks.  LOL

And finally there were a lot of games of mini golf played.  Who wouldn't want to play in the sun?  LOL

A Beach Day

The white sand at Clearwater Beach is so great.  It feels so great under your toes.

We had so much fun just enjoying the sunshine and warm weather.  It was amazing.  The boys and girl loved the water.

Of course being at the beach all day isn't always enough for these water babies.  LOL

JUMP!!!!

Here we go trying to fish in Florida.  I didn't think that it was going to go very well.  But they had fun and sure looked cute trying.  ;)  Extra bonus they didn't get eaten by alligators.

But can you believe it Darien actually caught something. It was the one and only even after going to Walmart and buying new rods and more bate.  But hey it was fun.

Day One Florida

We were very excited to get away to some were warm.  As usual winter came early to those of us living in the great white north, so getting away for a week to swim and enjoy the outdoors is needed.  This time we were off to Florida for a week with our dear friends from BC and my mom.

Of course the first place we hit is the pool.  This one was great because they had a couple of different pools. One with slides and all kinds of fun stuff and then the "quiet" pool.

The boys tried every slide of course.

This resort was called the Liki Tiki.  It was a little bit older but the boys enjoyed all the activities that they had going on.

More Alert

Oh so precious and so easy to love.  Here he is already for church.  Love this little guy.

Volleyball Boy

There is nothing I love more than watching my boys play sports and cheering them on. 

This year Darien decided to try out for volleyball and basketball and he made the teams.  It was great to go out to cheer them on.

But boy have the rules changed since I last played.  I had no idea that you could now use your feet and head to hit the ball.  I mean really!!!  LOL

Adult Only Banff

There is nothing like being able to get away for a couple of nights with you best friends.  This weekend we were able to make it to Canmore and Banff with Renea

And Robin.  It was so much fun with so many laughs.

We even got a little bit dressed up to go out for dinner.

I always find it so relaxing and rejuvenating when we go to the mountains.  We had to do a small hike to get these views but it was so totally worth it.

Big Boy

Here we have Mr. K growing so big.

He is such a good baby.

And enjoys being snuggled all the time.

He is so alert and is even trying to smile.  Precious.
