Such a Surprise

I am very lucky to have a wonderful lady from church called my visiting teacher who comes to visit me once a month and share a message with me. Well this month instead of a regular visit she came by with her husband and girls and sang Christmas carols for us and it was amazing. They have the most wonderful voices and can harmonize like professionals. It was so nice and really started off our Christmas season with a wonderful spirit.

Ah Boys!!!

More fun with the snow blower. LOL Jamie is making his way to the lake to clear off the skating rink. Again. I am not sure if it is the need to have the rink or just the fun of using the new toy. LOL
It is official it is the use of the new toy because he even added some new paths for skating on just because he could. LOL

Stefan's Christmas Skit

I know that it is a little late but it has taken a long time to down load this vidoe. But it is so cute watching them do their little skit for play school.

Life is so sweet. :)

Visit

This is one day that we have been waiting for. The girls were able to finally come for a visit and it was on their second birthday. It is hard to believe that they have been gone for four months but it was so great to see them. It feels like they have changed so much. The boys were pacing all morning waiting for them to come.
Our sweet sensitive Keagan was a little more reserved. When they arrived he was playing on the computer and it took him about 20 min. before he was ready to come out and see them. Each of the boys had to deal with the loss and reconnection their own way. We miss these little girls so much but it was great to see them. Darien was like a two year old when he saw them pull up running around shouting "they're here, they're here".
I even had a hard time telling them apart. It was so great though because they even smelled like they did the day they left. It was so nice to see them being so well taken care of.
We are so happy that we are still blessed to see these beautiful little girls. They are talking so much more.
They loved the fact that they could sit with Santa. LOL
They were all over sitting with Jamie and KR even called him daddy. It broke our hearts but they are so well adjusted and doing great.
Playing with the Christmas decorations. The only thing that I don't' miss is their business. LOL After they had been here for just a couple of hours I was exhausted. LOL I have no idea how we did it for almost two year. :)
It was like they never left. Playing and running circles around the house. We are so glad that we have been able to see them. We are now ready to have them occasionally and to do respite for their new family. It was a visit that we have been looking forward to with excitement and apprehension but now that we have seen them we can go forward and we can't wait for the next time. We might just take them to the park for a fun filled afternoon.

My Boys

After the girls left I decided that I would make them a book about their first years with us. I wanted to get it made before we saw them again and so I managed to get it made and when they arrived the boys were so excited to look through it. After seeing it Rylan kept asking when we would be seeing the girls again.
This is one of my favorite pictures of the girls and so I put it on the cover.
Rylan found this heart shaped piece of snow and was so excited to show it to me. LOL All of my boys are so loving.
This is Stefan's version of the same thing. I can see the heart shape in it. ;)

New Toys

There hasn't been very much good come out of the car accident that Jamie and the boys were in other than the fact that we got a little bit of extra money from the car and so we decided that living in Alberta we should get a snow blower with the money. This is something that we have thought about for many years since moving here but not high on the list of must haves but with the money that we got we thought that it was a great opportunity to get one.
After the last few days of snow it has now been decided by us and our neighbours that it was the best investment. We have had about 40 cm plus of snow and it has been great to be able to help our neighbours out by clearing off their drive ways too. Welcome to living in Alberta. LOL

Playschool Christmas

It is hard to believe that our last one is now in playschool and that these days are going to be coming to an end. I will enjoy these days as much as I can. This is our 6th year at this play school and funny enough the program hasn't changed since our first year but it is so cute.
Stefan giving daddy his Christmas gift.
If I am not mistaken I have a picture of each of the boys in front of this very fire place. LOL
The three musketeers. These three boys are best buddies.
The other funny thing is that this is the same Santa too. LOL
Opening his present from Santa. Hard to believe this is my baby. (tear) :)
