Peggy's Cove

There is really no way to describe how unique Peggy's Cove is.

I never get tired of going there and seeing the beauty there.

Jamie and I.  It is hard to believe that we have been together for almost 19 years.  Really were has the time gone.  LOL  I still feel 19 ;)

Our boys love jumping and exploring on the rocks here.

On our way home we stopped to buy some lobster.  Everyone had to have a turn holding one.

This one was dangerous.  Uncle Doug managed to get him under control.  LOL  Doug is the master chef and was always cooking up something yummy.

Then it was time for some smores.

With the biggest marshmallows I have every seen.  LOL  Another great day.  We are so blessed to be able to go and see these amazing places but even more importantly we are so blessed to have such a wonderful family that will take us in.  We loved ever minute of our visit with Auntie Sherri and Uncle Frank.  These are two very special people that we love very much.  Can't wait to go back.  Thank you for a wonderful visit.

Pool Party and Beach Fun

S is for sun, sand and Stefan.  Another great day spent at the beach.

I love this beach so much.  The water is cold but on a hot day it feels great but even better the sand is amazingly soft.

After a great morning at the beach it was time to head back to Auntie Sherri's and Uncle Franks for a pool party to celebrate Stefan's birthday.  He even made a special phone call prior to us arriving and asked Auntie Sherri if he could please have a pool party.  LOL

And so he did.

The boys are so blessed to have such a wonderful and caring Auntie.

Hello Halifax

This was our day spent in Halifax and boy was it hot.  The boys were sad to see that they had changed the original park but this one was pretty cool.

I thought that this one was way cooler but obviously I don't know what I am talking about.  LOL

I was pretty impressed that they all managed to run up this large wave.  I wasn't sure that they would all make it.  LOL

It was so hot this day.  It took all we had to walk around for a couple of hours.  I love my family.

Theodore the Tug Boat.  Darien and Keagan were so little the last time we came but hey still remember seeing Theodore.

Of course you have to go for an afternoon swim when it is this hot.  As soon as we got home the boys were back in the water.  Uncle Frank was having a great time with the boys.

Darien found this great idea on the Internet and we just had to try it out.  LOL

And boy was it fun.

It took a lot of digging to get that ball in there just right.

But it sure worked well.

If you remember from the first trip to the beach the boys thought it would be fun to dig some wholes around the tires of the van but nothing happened.  Well this time their were successful and we got stuck and needed some help.  LOL  They couldn't believe that they had actually done it.  LOL
