Gymnastic Buddies/Crazy Hair

Here are the best buddies. Stefan and Aidan are best of friends and are so happy to be in gymnastics together. They don't get to see as much of each other as they used to so this works out great. They had fun this day because it was crazy hair day.

The boys love gym and you can tell that they have older brothers because they are so advanced in what they can do. LOL It is also a great time for Amy and I just to sit and chat together. Thank goodness for good friends.

Ice On Whyte 2012

Well we went again this year. But unlike last year when we went to Ice on Whyte it was much warm. In fact it was a lot warmer. It made for a fun afternoon. They had more slides but they weren't as crazy as last year.

I had a hard time getting a picture of Rylan because he would go down so quickly that I would miss it.

Keagan found that if he went on his knees and used his hands he could go faster.

They did have a lot more things for the kids to climb on.

They had these really cool ice blocks that the kids had fun building with. Darien was very proud of his structure.

Track and Field

This was the first track and field event that I have been to with Keagan. It was a great weekend and he did so well.

Doing the medicine ball throw. It was so wonderful to see Keagan excel. He was so happy with how he did this weekend. He managed to get a ribbon in every event that he was in. Way to go Keagan.

Fun At the Park

Enjoying some time at Mill Lake with the cousins. You are never too young to play on the bouncy seats. LOL They all had such a great time playing outside.

Stanley Park Train

This is another one of my favorite childhood memories. We used to go to Stanley Park Christmas Eve but instead we went New Years Eve. There are a lot more lights now than there were when I was little.
There was so much to look at.

We made sure that all the boys tried them. But no one enjoyed them as much as mom and I. LOL And that was just fine with us.

I am pretty sure that Rylan spat his out after trying a little bite.

Then it was off to play while we waited for out time on the train. Of course the play included sticks and the forest.

Again do you know that you can break a stick on a tree? LOL

Then it was off to play by the spray park. Of course it was not on but there is so much you can do there. I love, love, love this picture.

As it started to get dark we were off to walk around the lights to see the beauty.

Finally our time for going on the train came. It was so much fun. Just as I remembered it.

I love being able to share these memories with my children. I am looking forward to many more. After our ride we went out for dinner and then it was an early night for us. Bringing in the new year was spent sleeping in my nice warm bed at my moms. LOL Happy New Year!!!

Crescent Beach Fun

We had such a great time on the Island but it was time to head back to the mainland. We were there for a few days when the weather once again cleared. It was chilly but we decided that we would head to Crescent Beach. This was one of my favorite places to go when I was a little girl. I love this picture of my mom.
It was a very windy day and the boys had fun jumping the waves.

Boy are you buff. LOL

We needed to warm up a little bit so we went to a little cafe to have some hot chocolate. Boy was it fun.
